 We’re So Glad You’re Here!

Lighthouse Youth Ministry is an independent nonprofit collaboration of five churches in the Port Washington and Saukville communities.

We welcome any and all youth in grades 5-12 from Port Washington, Saukville and the surrounding area to participate in group activities, fun events, and service projects.

Our group is a place where all are invited to come and participate.

Maybe you are part of one of the participating churches, perhaps you are involved in another faith community in the area, or maybe you are not part of any faith community and are just looking for ways to connect with other youth. If you are curious about what we do and who we are, please consider this an open invitation to come to any event or activity and check us out!

2026 Adult Service Trip to Chicago

Every year, we send youth on service trips, then see pictures and hear stories of the amazing opportunities they’ve had to grow in faith by serving others. This year, the adults get a turn too! Lighthouse is coordinating an adult service trip to Chicago from August 2-4.

Learn more and sign up on the Adult Service Trip page.

2025 St. Louis Service Trip

In summer 2025, we partnered once again with Serve Boldly and headed to St. Louis for an awesome week of service and adventures! From our base at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Manchester, we served at sites including Home Sweet Home, EarthDance Organic Farm School, the St. Louis Area Food Bank, Operation Food Search, and Feed My People, along with taking in some tourist sites like the Gateway Arch and City Museum.

2024 Madison Service Trip

Check out this video recap of our Summer 2024 Service Trip to Madison! Working with Serve Boldly, our group served at Extended Hands Pantry, Badger Rock Urban Farm, Triangle Community Ministry, the food pantry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and the Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens - and of course, we had some fun too, touring the Wisconsin Capitol, visiting the Henry Vilas Zoo, and playing at Urban Air Adventure Park.
